GENTLE FITNESS (60 min)
Recovering from injury or just looking for light activity, this body friendly class is for individuals just starting out. Class is 30 minutes of a light cardio and 30 minutes of flexibility & stretching. 

STEP MANIA & STEP IT UP (60 min)
Crank it up for this advanced cardiovascular class utilizing the step and adjustable risers. May include body conditioning and core sculpting. Beginners should consult the instructor. 

BOSU BALANCE (60 min)
This body friendly conditioning class will focus on balance, stability and core control while utilizing the BOSU and various weight equipment. Individuals recovering from an injury or new to fitness are encouraged to attend. *Cross trainer tennis shoes are recommended.

T-N-T Tight-N-Tone (60 min)
An explosive body sculpting class that will focus on complete muscle conditioning, while pumping up your heart rate! Class will utilize a variety of fitness equipment to provide a unique class that will energize and challenge any fitness level.

CIRCUIT BLAST, MID-WEEK BOOT CAMP & EXTREME MAKEOVER BOOT CAMP (60 min)
Get ready! This intense workout incorporates strength, stability, cardiovascular, and agility exercises. Class will help you reshape your body and take you to a new level of overall fitness.

MAT PILATES (60 min)
Based on the techniques developed by Joseph Pilates, this class involves concentrated work on core strength, body alignment, and muscular balance. Bring a mat.

CYCLE Choices:
Beginners arrive 10 minutes early to learn how to use the bikes.
 

CYCLE & AB CRUNCH (60 min)
Two good workouts in one hour! Half is a high-energy cardiovascular workout utilizing custom stationary bikes. Then, work those abdominals in a variety different ways. All fitness levels are encouraged.

CYCLE & T-N-T (60 min)
This class warms up with basic indoor cycling, then moves into a series of muscle conditioning exercises for the whole body.

EARLY AM CYCLE (60 min)
Start your day with a great cardio workout! This high-energy cardio workout will build leg and core strength with increasing endurance.

YOGA Choices:
Participants bring a yoga mat.

FUNDAMENTAL YOGA (60 min)
Want to learn those funny yoga poses? This class focuses on teaching the new student about the postures as well as concentrating on form and flexibility. Novice to intermediate level.

YOGA FLOW (60 min)
A combination of physical and mental exercises designated to invigorate, build strength, improve flexibility and reduce body tensions. Taught in the ashtanga syle. Mid to advanced level.

POWER YOGA (60 min)
Yoga that is designed to push your strength and endurance. Intermediate level.

HATHA YOGA (60 min)
Traditional Yoga postures designed to increase strength and balance.  Class will strengthen, tone and relax your mind and body. Intermediate level.
